Some say it's not a power valve as such just a way to get sound regs right for the gov tests. A power valve supposes to give better low end power. Mine pulls like a train from just over 2000rpm with termi,decat & upmap. Best conversion ever.
It's downstream of the cat so, yes, not a power valve but a sound suppressing device to get though noise regs.
