I did one of the Kent Fire and Rescue days at Brands a while back. It had part of the bike safe course (albeit a small part) integrated in to it. Is it worth doing, yes IMO. I mainly learned about protocol if you or someone else stacks it. The rest just seemed common sense to me. We had a bit of track time, although my Pani was brand spankers at the time, and it was absolutely p*ssing it down, so I just pottered about. There's also an observed road route with a IAM rider, although I am on the fence about IAM riders. Some of the ones I have ridden with have been instructors and are bloody awful and have terrible egos. They often talk a good ride, but you follow some of them :disrelieved: A skills test (CBT cones type thing) - which is useful for those who haven't passed their test in the last 10 years or haven't done maneuvers. Anything that can improve your riding or how you look at your riding is a good thing!
