I could handle white with your black and white colour scheme Chizel, but I don't know about white wheels and red bodywork. Reminds me of the 80's fashion for white boots.. The finish is as important as the colour though, IMO. A mate has a 2010 S1000RR which has glossy black wheels which seem to shrug off dirt and stay shiny. The satin black wheels on my Speed Triple, although nice and smooth, attracted dust and grime like a magnate and it was always very visible. The matt charcoal finish on my SF attract the dirt but it isn't nearly as noticeable. That's my reservation about gold. Looks lovely in glossy photos but very dog-eared when covered in grime.
no not a fan of gold at all.. think you are right about white wheels with the red fairings.. only one thing to do really, paint the fairings black! (with a lil white maybe!)
You think gold wheels look dog eared when dirty white wheels are just as bad they look off white My mini wheels are white *bang head* Anyway you should be cleaning your wheels after every ride
