The only company that could help me with my 1260 was Ducati Insurance*, value was too high for not having a garage for all other insurers/brokers, I'm in rented due to pending divorce. Cost a fair bit for someone with good NCB and middle aged in low-crime hicksville but they did get cover from the same insurer my previous broker said wouldn't cover me, go figure. Hope to be in new house with a garage come renewal and benefit from a decent drop in premium as a result, bike will also probably be on the threshold of acceptability for value for a quote from the general pool of brokers too. *Ducati Insurance now seems to be officially offered via the Ducati website and is really an Adrian Flux scheme, mine was previously called Ducati Insurance but is now Wicked Quotes, AKA Ramasis Insurance Limited. Ducati seems to have done a switch of insurance partner. Might be worth contacting both for quotes if you haven't already.
