@Dave The toe sliders were ripped off, including the moulded in fixings on the 'outer' boots. Rendering them useless. Surely it would have been better for them to have easy snap screws holding the slider on. But no, the whole toe slider and mounts were ripped out of the toe of the boot.
Especially when the slider crews are plastic. I would have expected them to snap before they pulled out the moulded in fixings. Thus the screws were stronger than the fixing which is absolutely the wrong approach. Thus a 2mph off would require a set of new 'outer'. How daft is that?
Sorry about digging up an old thread. Is there any opinions on how the Axial in boot and/or the Torque D1 boots are in colder weather? I am thinking about temperatures down to about 10 degrees celcius. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
