I got there tonight (23rd) along with my friend the Watchmender. We did have a mooch around but without actually knowing who we were looking for it was a lost cause. The size of the turnout surprised me as I was just expecting a handful of bikes and riders. If you were there and saw 2 old codgers on Multistradas that was us and I'm sorry we didn't get the chance to have a chat.
Yes spotted a couple of multistradas parked together opposite end of the car park to where I parked. When I go to bike meets it never ceases to amaze me at the average age of bikers. I’ll definitely be wearing a carnation in my left lapel next time I attend but a cracking turnout compared to the week before.
