Yes that was a very trick bike. But not the fastest rider out that day!!

 

They rarely are...

 

The memorable bit for me was rider X from Boxhill trouncing a Panigale on his ancient Suzuki 500 with a partially seized front wheel bearing and a weeping front brake union!

 

Nice safe bike then

 

You’ve got to love the bloke, not that well-heeled and he wasn’t aware of either in his defence.

I was planning to go to that TD yesterday but it was scuppered by my too-thick brake pads! Was a lovely day albeit a bit chilly I reckon.

Bikes out yesterday, the Moto Guzzi V7 was a wolf in sheep’s clothing as had been totally re-engineered within race series limits by (a very modest) husband and wife team.
Paso 750 was being tested prior to racing next year, something always in the back of his mind was that he wouldn’t be able to replace the fairings at all easily!

 

There were many more Ducati out but phone battery expired. Sad to see a 1098 Street fighter being de-stoned after an off ready for the journey home.
