British Indy: What Happens Now?

Discussion in 'Wasteland' started by Loz, May 23, 2015.

?
  1. Full Brexit with "no EU deal" on the 29th March.

  2. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a general election and new negotiations.

  3. Request Extension to article 50 to allow cross party talks and a new deal to be put to EU.

  4. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a second referendum on 1. Remain in EU or 2. Full Brexit.

  5. Table a motion in parliament to Remain in EU WITHOUT a referendum.

  6. I don't know or I don't care anymore

Results are only viewable after voting.
  1. The working time directive change has been a fake news scare story that some have fallen for and it's things like this that contribute to fake news.

When moved from eu to uk law, for any changes once across, It would require a motion, then multiple debates and then a vote by the whole house as does most law changes.

The working time directive cancellation is an innacurate scare story, a red herring, a smoke and mirrors, fin with teeth. It simply is incorrect

  9. She went there to get some help and like Cameron before, they said feck off. I don't know how many more times it will take before people will realise the eu wants the U.K. locked into being an eu franchise and subserviant to the eu.

This is why so many said, launch wto and free trade at the same time as article 50, people knew May was to weak to deal with this and so did the eu.

  10. LOL. She did not go there to get "help".

She went there to get instructions, and has returned there again and again and again as things have developed, seeking more instructions.
May IS the EU, or its representative, anyway.

  11. so, her and their way of bringing the uk and the EU back together is to create an atmosphere of hate and distrust over here that will help to fuel it over there.?
keeping the uk in the EU, under duress with the inevitable rise of UKIP or worse being elected as MEP's?
loz, you need a new conspiracy.

  14. With the "option" of another referendum being bogged in the political mire, has there been any airing of the option of a plebiscite? Although it doesn't bind the government to any course of action, a decisive outcome has proven to be powerful political stuff down here in relation to gay marriage.
