  13. To help; https://www.theguardian.com/comment...-back-control-immigration-eu-directive-brexit

No. We voted to leave the EU. Immigration numbers was one of many things they said they would tackle. Thing is they already had/have the power to control immigration. It would cost though with more border controls and keeping track of people. Maybe the real reason why it has not been implemented.

  14. We voted to leave the control of the eu project and in regards to immigration we wanted to control it ourselves. We also wanted people moving over here just for benefits to stop. We also wanted no arbitory limits on numbers because one year we may have very little need and the next could be huge,, so having the flexibility is what was asked for

This is quite forward thinking given we have one of the highest rates of youth employment in the U.K. but also a drastically reducing birth rate of indigenous brits and technology likely to reduce the amount of roles available.

  15. As was forecast many many times by brexiteers and those who are not doom and gloom merchants. It said next year we must slip, I suspect the next two or three. Much of this however will have happened no matter what brexit we would have because we have to set up the infrastruture and then get it running.

It also in the traditional remainer way, it points out we may go down from 5th whilst ignoring during that resettlement period, a couple of the others are going up, brexit or no brexit. Frances economy is similar to ours and they are tanking under Macron so don't be too surprised if those same rising countries over take France as well.
