British Indy: What Happens Now?

Discussion in 'Wasteland' started by Loz, May 23, 2015.

?
  1. Full Brexit with "no EU deal" on the 29th March.

  2. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a general election and new negotiations.

  3. Request Extension to article 50 to allow cross party talks and a new deal to be put to EU.

  4. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a second referendum on 1. Remain in EU or 2. Full Brexit.

  5. Table a motion in parliament to Remain in EU WITHOUT a referendum.

  6. I don't know or I don't care anymore

Results are only viewable after voting.
  1. I stand by my definition
If the cap fits, wear it

  6. When you stop avoiding questions, like the current crop of MP's I'll ask again ............Is somebody who would prefer to leave the EU rather than remain in the EU "extreme"?

  11. If the result of the referendum is overturned by a few mp's in parliament I'd be surprised if they all just shrug there shoulders and say, well that's that then, we tried.

  13. I haven't detected a straight answer, but I assume you think that anybody that voted in the EU referendum to leave the EU is "extreme", all 17.4 million of them.

I never put myself and a lot of very normal people I know as "extreme". Thanks for clarifying that. :upyeah:

  14. Sometimes remainers forget all that has happened is that we used democracy to leave the eu project.

We haven't said we will stop trading with them and they haven't said they will stop trading with us.

  15. If only UKIP could get their act together............... I think MP's think that the people have no choice but to vote for the establishment these days. It just takes someone who resonates with people to upset the status quo, just look arounf Europe now. It CAN happen here.

    Bollocks Note.jpg

A TREASURY minister was snapped leaving a high level government meeting today carrying a sheet of paper bearing extraordinary warnings of “no food” under a no deal Brexit.

Top Tory Mel Stride’s notes - photographed as he left a Brexit meeting in Downing Street this afternoon - also stated “no Channel Tunnel” in what looked like a list.
