and that has what to do with anything? i think its fair to say noob was implying the same people that voted in 1975, where the same people that voted out in 2016. much of the polling confirms this. i pointed out that we voted remain with 62% but sitting nearer 70% now. we have a slightly higher proportion of older people living here compared to ruk, and quite often originating from other parts of the UK, but they where still more likely to vote remain here. so, to quote noob. . Many of the youngsters have said the old people voted out despite the fact most of them who voted to leave in 2016, are likely to have voted in, in 1975. So which is it, dumb then but cool now or cool then whilst dumb now?, same people mind . so, is it age related? dumb but cool? nope, not necessarily. clear enough for you? can you get yer super brain around that?
Well since the last referendum was such a resounding sucess or immense confusion, I'm not a hundred percent you are right on this one. On the radio this afternoon they annouced the latest/ current polls on a second referendum put Remain 12% ahead.
It highlights the exact point that extreme remainers probably created the snowflake generation Here we have the exact same people who voted in, in 75 are seen as cool by remainers, until they get to the age of 75 and then, old people shouldn't be allowed to vote when they vote out.
are these the same polls that say as bad as the tories are, people would still rather stick their private parts in acid than vote corbyn in?
Tony Blair is on TV now saying a second ref should happen, your side is fooked now , what an obnoxious twat (him not you)
Heres the current polling http://ukpollingreport.co.uk/ No mention of acid, no mention of people preferring the Conservatives either. Polls are tied, near as makes no difference as they have been for sometime now. Its only you that thinks the polls say otherwise...
Of course it is Malcom Using the yougov link on your link By 48% to 29%, the public would prefer the Conservatives continue in office to a general election https://yougov.co.uk/topics/politic...-public-would-prefer-conservatives-continue-o
I think you need to read the link to get perspective. Usual glib, Corbynist statements where he manages to say nothing.
That's the trouble with polls, it's very easy to find one to suit purpose. The actual vote figures are the only ones most can rely on these days. Avoid percentage figures as they tend to be used to highlight big numbers where there are none. A good example when duke put up, 10% of Panasonics staff will be transfered to Holland I think it was because of brexit, it turned out there was 10% of their staff being transferred but in the office effected, there was only 10 staff so one person only Plus the spin, this is how it normally works, sky carries out a poll of around on average, 1,200 people who signed up with them and also volunteered for some re-imbursment to take part in polls, they do the poll. Later that day or whenever they choose to use it, it will be reported as a ....percent of british people think, rather than, out of 1,200 sky users, the percentage that feel..... was . Within 24 hours they even convince themselves that their piddly poll is actually factual for the entire population. Crazy world.
So lots of people don't want an election. Still no mention of "people would still rather stick their private parts in acid than vote corbyn in". No one is ever going to vote May in again, that is a certainty.
Most polls had Remain well ahead in 2016. I still like the poll on the "Remain in the UK" F acebook page and this was 160k votes!
If both the conservatives and labour changed their leaders over night, we might get a plan the majority could agree on.
