Sorry Loz, I love like a cvnt, remember my new definition but since I believe we will be leaving on 29/3 with out a deal and I have the same view as your beloved Sleaze Dogg, that No Deal is a very bad idea, you can't really call a remainer, can you now? Especially since I am looking forward to the following benefit of Brexit: hopefully we won't have to let Jihadi Jill back in and we can just leave her stateless.
and unproven. Fin threw this figure out earlier and I asked him for facts on this and true to form, nothing was forthcoming. If you say 120,000 died of cancer that is normally able to be proven but to say austerity caused 120,000 deaths is a flip flop figure that they know they can throw out but never prove it but hopes no one ask for proof. Usual fin tactic of shotgun figures hoping it will hit something.
Only 28, 27 soon to be in the eu....195 countries in the world and most seem to do okay without belonging to the eu. The idea we are going to go from 5th largest economy to something resembling a banana republic is such a nonsense that even most remainers would not believe
I am certainly looking forward to tha incredible increase in living standards we will all get from our new trade deal with the Faroe Islands. I expect we will sell them a wide array of products, food, hi tech, financial services maybe even a few cars if anyone is still making them in the UK. OK the actual numbers of won't be huge as there is only 49 thousand people but at least we will have some trade. On the flip side I bet everyone dreaming of eating a puffin burger! Plus they have that amazing delicacy whale blubber. Good times are gonna roll. Our friends the Swiss will no doubt be able to provide us with Tolblerones (now available in six new flavors) a raft of cheese and some inovative penknives. The UK could become number two in best places to "Do Fondue". There are other deals already signed with Israel Palestine and Chile. Not sure what we can buy from the first two, but I guess we can sell them both guns, grenades and missiles. Since they are both close together shipping costs will be low - bonus! Don't anyone laugh about the Chile deal either. Pan flutes were a big thing and could be again. Plus the jumpers great thick hairy jumpers, like cashmere on steroids. I think we must all be certain to email Liam Fucx to congratulate him on his skills. Two years and four deals! In a few years we will have ten maybe...
80% of the working population are in services?? And Hexy is surprised and dismayed that we have a trade deficit with the EU!
OK, so there is an alternative explanation for Greece being included in the Eurozone. Based upon your earlier post, you are probably going to suggest the decision was a "mistake" rather than (as I suggest) one that was inspired by blinded dogmatism. Are you suggesting that the EU looked at Greece's financial situation but fluffed their assessment? Or perhaps, the wording was faulty and someone left out the word "not" in the invitation? Or someone in Brussels left the back door unlocked, Greece snuck in and the EU was too polite or embarrassed to turf them out again? I am all a-quiver with anticipation for your theory!
I have no idea but if I were to hazard a guess, I'd say that Greece falsified its financial position and a massively expensive mistake was made as a result. I didn't say conspiracy. Conspiracy implies some sort of secrecy. Murdoch at least seems rather proud of the power he wields and thoroughly enjoys being a 'Kingmaker'
Wasn’t that part of the working time directive ? We had to sign a disclaimer (think that’s what it’s called) for that as when offshore we work 12 hours 7 days a week, but we still get the holiday.
