?
  1. Full Brexit with "no EU deal" on the 29th March.

  2. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a general election and new negotiations.

  3. Request Extension to article 50 to allow cross party talks and a new deal to be put to EU.

  4. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a second referendum on 1. Remain in EU or 2. Full Brexit.

  5. Table a motion in parliament to Remain in EU WITHOUT a referendum.

  6. I don't know or I don't care anymore

  1. maybe you should read some of the links i post.
in 1974 a report was presented to the uk labour gov predicting the amount of oil in the N/sea. it's called the McCrone Report. they and consecutive uk govs buried it for 30years because it would fuel the calls for home rule round that time which labour had been promising since labour was formed and told the uk public is would only last 15-20 years.
the only flaw in the report was that it was predicting rather less (but considerably more than they where admitting to the uk public) than is actually there. by quite a large margin.
again, its not the pulling and sharing, its the bollox that fuel my side of the argument.
a wee example. when the oil price collapsed several years back, Norway still made 9 bill from their reserves. the uk refunded the oil companies 660mill.
in the same year shell payed tax in the 22 countries they operated, they got a refund in the uk.

  2. You know what, after all this time I'm actually warming to Juncker

The more I look at all of our front line politicians, and yes I mean all of them from any party, then that wiley old mismatched shoe wearing bugger actually seems alright....bless him :joy:

He drinks throughout the day and he slaps them all whenever he sees them, let's face it, we'd all do the same given the opportunity :upyeah:

I seriously can't see anyone in the UK worth voting for, I wonder if Junckers would come over for some pork scratchings and a few glasses of Whiskey

Fucking shambles the lot of them

  3. I do try and read most links that people put on here.
I am guilty of not really taking much notice of the bigger picture.

Have governments ever been honest about this sort of thing - or just let us know what they want us to think, usually to win a vote ?

  4. aye, possibly. then you get people so dissatisfied with politicians they vote to cut their own throat.
    ie, brexit.

  5. I think brexit will (should?) have made most people dissatisfied with the politicians.

The next GE will be telling from that point of view.

I’m not sure, but can’t really see Tory or Labour winning a GE anytime soon - so who will ?

  6. Well I export about 35% of my products and I for one am looking forward to a no deal Brexit - but the shitty remainer PM and MP's will fuck everything up for the country anyhoo  we won't get our future prosperity, finm won't say (and I quote him here after a no deal Brexit): 'geez dudes, I was so wrong' and you will say I told you it would be shit, after fooking it up with your winging along with our MP's so there, ner ner ner nner ner :upyeah:

  7. the torys are still some way ahead in the polls.
which is why Govs hate Refs in the modern age. half our country are now political geeks cos they know how and where to look instead of the headline. that 47% wont be swayed with another 20% open to the arguments. the uk cant be changed. only broken up. brexit makes it more likely.

  8. can you explain to me how brexit will improve the lives of us from the devolution age?

  9. So why all the bitchin' form the last 2 years :bucktooth:

  10. You are quoting and asking yourself questions now :p

  11. vote no to stay in the EU.
    need i say more?

  12. What I do find funny fin is, many of the arguments we have used to leave the eu, the snp has rejected but, many are the exact same arguments the snp uses to leave the U.K. funny old world

  13. Erm, why? thought you wanted indi

  14. I think someone told him there was a rave in a local field and he thought of the wrong type of Indi

  15. no, wrong way round.
then you and others like you, spend yer days telling us its impossible.

  16. tell me how being out the EU helps the Scottish people and our economy.
here is a wee hint. you cant.

  17. and how does that improve the lives of people living up here?
