British Indy: What Happens Now?

Discussion in 'Wasteland' started by Loz, May 23, 2015.

?
  1. Full Brexit with "no EU deal" on the 29th March.

  2. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a general election and new negotiations.

  3. Request Extension to article 50 to allow cross party talks and a new deal to be put to EU.

  4. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a second referendum on 1. Remain in EU or 2. Full Brexit.

  5. Table a motion in parliament to Remain in EU WITHOUT a referendum.

  6. I don't know or I don't care anymore

  1. Been saying for months we are leaving on no deal and all the Brexiteers told me I was talking pish.

    The facts are

    1) by law we are leaving on 29/3 with or without a deal
    2) Bercows announcement means Mays Deal is not coming back in its current form.
    3) May has continually said

    a) no deal is better than a bad deal
    b) we are leaving on 29/3
    c) not leaving would be a betrayal of democracy

Chances of getting another deal agreed between now and the end of the month?

So what radical event is going to reverse that?

  6. Don’t avocados come over from Mexico?

Can’t see BREXIT affecting that trade overly.

  7. Reckon we'll be ok for Avacodos, I say 'we', what I mean is the millennials and insta crowd who think smashing them up and putting them on toast is acceptable.

I just like mine scooped straight out and with eggs personally :upyeah:

  8. Mexico and in general South America yes

  9. The next move will show the hand.

If the eu allow a long extension with no reason for it, having said they will not, it will show their pants are full and their sphincter is twitching

A short extension I suspect, will be sought by both sides whilst they go all spike milligan stylee

  10. Shhhhh the eu told the remainers they come from europe, in fact Junkers back garden, right next to his Gognac lake

  11. Thought you wanted a hard Brexit?

Not sure May does. That’s just her incompetence. I blame you good English folk for that. You elected her. And Corbyn.

    It’s all your fault

  12. I was answering your question? :bucktooth:

I want what I voted for - Brexit, no such thing as a hard or soft Brexit, they're your play words dude :yum
