in 2005 the Parliament was only 6years old and had been run by Unionist party's for all that time mirroring uk policy. if anybody cared to look at the performances of the devolved areas of gov over its 20 year history and the period before that they would see its not just about where we are, its more how far we have come. if ever there was a better example of one size doesn't fit all. bring it on.
a decades old problem and you will know its the older addicts with underlying health problems. you will know less younger people are taking them up despite austerity of the last 10 years and you will know the powers to deal with the problem are reserved. you will maybe also know the scot gov is trying to implement proven methods of treatment, consumption rooms ect, but the uK gov wont grant the powers to do so.
So lets also be aware that the number of people that thought Leave with Uninterupted Free Trade, Customs Union & Single Market at the referendum was 52% Currently the number of people who think No Deal aka WTO (other names are available) in a YouGov poll is a good idea is 25%. Not really, you consider leaving the eu would leave us with a worse deal, the people of the uk were looking for a different deal that could be more suited to the uk in an ever increasing world market.
I have looked for information on this. best I can find is broadly speaking nothing major will or is planned to change in the next few years. I might not have found the correct info though! If you have a link I'd appreciate it so I can read up.

Well we are always exporting to the world outside of the EU such a lot. Then of course Trumps bound to give a sweetheart deal - said no one at all. Japan already announced in the last few weeks they would not give as good trading conditions as the recently signed with the EU.
