British Indy: What Happens Now?

Discussion in 'Wasteland' started by Loz, May 23, 2015.

?
  1. Full Brexit with "no EU deal" on the 29th March.

  2. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a general election and new negotiations.

  3. Request Extension to article 50 to allow cross party talks and a new deal to be put to EU.

  4. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a second referendum on 1. Remain in EU or 2. Full Brexit.

  5. Table a motion in parliament to Remain in EU WITHOUT a referendum.

  6. I don't know or I don't care anymore

Results are only viewable after voting.
  1. Quiet in the back there!

  7. Generally I get half way through the second sentence on Noobs posts before I see errors or inaccuracies.

It was not Scottish troops against Scottish unions. I believe I detailed this in the post, but maybe not

  8. So, wrong due to errors and inaccuracies. Thanks for clearing that up!

noob, you need to include fewer errors and inaccuracies in your posts!

  9. I never said it was, that is why another person pulled you up on it and to date, you refuse to admit and not for this first time, you're talking bolloxs. I hope that helped clarify the situation. you can run off again now chap :D

Again, still waiting for you to show where I said it was Scottish troops against Scottish unions? I know I didn't say it and despite claiming it, you are unable to show I did rumpole

  10. Now nearly 1300 Tory seats lost, half of which have gone to the LibDems.

UKIP lost more seats than Labour.

    The death of Brexit! :D

Mathew Parris, a former Tory MP reckons we will have 3 PMs this year, none of whom will be elected by a majority, possibly the shortest PM tenure of all, a referendum and finishing the year with Brexit in the bin and Corbyn as PM of a coalition.:joy:

  11. Evening chuckles, on the happy juice again I see.

Can you tell me, if the tories have done so bad by losing 1,300 councillors, why is it that the supposed opposition, the ready for government in waiting labour party, scooped next to none of them up but instead lost councillors themselves?

It's hardly the death of brexit given so many punished the two main parties for NOT carrying brexit out already

  14. Its just as easy to claim the Cons & Lab lost seats because they are not pro Remain like the m,ajority of the public, and argueably reflected in the huge gains for any party that is pro Remain.

The answer to all this is not a glib response for any one side to claim victory.

The Tories, very Pro Leave Party lost 1327 seats so far. Labour lost 77. Or 17 times less...

  15. I don't feel that is quite correct. If the tories were a very pro leave then with the dup assistance the majority vote would have been won every time and that simply has not been the case.

Sure you have the erg but the erg is not the entire tory party, I'm thinking ken clarke, dominic greeves etc.

What you do have by the responses from Labour and the tories today after the elections is, no matter how many times the people vote and tell them you are all taking the piss, they simply are not listening

  16. Here.

  17. We have now too :bucktooth:
