I am thinking I have missed something here. I assumed we were talking about Owen Jones being assaulted - I know nothing of forum members being threatened (other than indirectly via third parties, eg circus monkeys).
Me neither, the post clearly linked to an Owen Jones article, also "quoted" a line he said that the people who did it must have been far right. I thought it was obvious and can't see how it was aimed at a member. Mountain out of a molehill, apart from Owen getting a kicking, But that's entirely different to what people thought had been meant
