British Indy: What Happens Now?

Discussion in 'Wasteland' started by Loz, May 23, 2015.

?
  1. Full Brexit with "no EU deal" on the 29th March.

  2. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a general election and new negotiations.

  3. Request Extension to article 50 to allow cross party talks and a new deal to be put to EU.

  4. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a second referendum on 1. Remain in EU or 2. Full Brexit.

  5. Table a motion in parliament to Remain in EU WITHOUT a referendum.

  6. I don't know or I don't care anymore

Results are only viewable after voting.

  4. One 'high caste' farmer/land owner I know (who was very pro-British - went to school with a certain jug eared royal) has now decided that SNP is the way to go rather than be ruled by fascist England since BoJo got power - his words. It's getting uglier by the day really - I don't think this episode of British history can end well whatever happens

  5. But I feel your blaming the wrong side

The government asked us a question, parliament agreed for it to happen, they said it would be acted upon, the end.

All the shenanigan's have been from those who now wish to overturn that vote, the very same people who will accept the same publics vote, if it gives them a job in the next general election.

  6. If in reply to my comment - it's nothing to do with blame, just consequence of where we are now.
