British Indy: What Happens Now?

Discussion in 'Wasteland' started by Loz, May 23, 2015.

?
  1. Full Brexit with "no EU deal" on the 29th March.

  2. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a general election and new negotiations.

  3. Request Extension to article 50 to allow cross party talks and a new deal to be put to EU.

  4. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a second referendum on 1. Remain in EU or 2. Full Brexit.

  5. Table a motion in parliament to Remain in EU WITHOUT a referendum.

  6. I don't know or I don't care anymore

Results are only viewable after voting.
  1. On the plus side, plenty of eu flags will be available from town halls and government buildings soon?

  2. aye. exe, you should lobby yer gov to set this shit adrift.
so, if this deal goes though, england, Wales and N/I get what they vote for?
hmm. I wonder what police they will use up here. the military police aren't accountable to us.

  3. I see the Scots are considering taking the Japanese to Court if they abandon the final pool match. Would that be done under Scottish Law too?

  5. yes, I saw that tonight and recalled someone quoting BC as being against Indy.

he has travelled the same road as many. It’s now inevitable.

listened to Ian Dale last night and I was not surprised as he failed to grasp what caller after caller was telling him. It’s that attitude which has ensured the end of the Union

  6. fir aww that. :upyeah:

  7. I doubt that subject only lasted the 29 seconds of the cut interview

  8. Is that the same billy Connelly that lives in the good old USA
Quite a few vocal Scottish people live there strange that

  9. He said I don't
'I know, if Scotchland would like it I would like it'
That clearly means 'No' but he would accept democracy - he is far more honourable than most for sure

  14. he used to be vehemently against independence but since Brexit which he condemns outright he has softened his stance in Indy. Typical Brexiteers on here trying to make his view into something it is not
