Neither (not on purpose anyway) I don't see how we, the people, can reform parliament, the house of lords or the election system ?
OH i only ever go on what she says about herself, just as she sat on the panel on Sky News this morning flailing her arms around saying how ridiculous an election is at this point, i can't for the life of me think why she'd think that.....you know, being so well liked and all that

Because it's a bill, amendments can be tabled which MPs can vote on - potentially changing the final bill significantly. The amendments haven't been announced yet but keep an eye out for ones on changing the date; allowing 16 and 17-year-olds to vote; and giving EU nationals a vote.
