British Indy: What Happens Now?

Discussion in 'Wasteland' started by Loz, May 23, 2015.

?
  1. Full Brexit with "no EU deal" on the 29th March.

  2. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a general election and new negotiations.

  3. Request Extension to article 50 to allow cross party talks and a new deal to be put to EU.

  4. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a second referendum on 1. Remain in EU or 2. Full Brexit.

  5. Table a motion in parliament to Remain in EU WITHOUT a referendum.

  6. I don't know or I don't care anymore

Results are only viewable after voting.
  1. I'll see you a Welsh secretary and raise you a deputy leader :D

  2. I'm getting even more confused now, loads of Tories have changed to Lib dims past month or so, all parties seem to have their fair share of 'bad losers' (quit if they don't think they will win) and now some Labour geezer is telling me to vote Tory .
I might just wait and see what Stormzy thinks, or Sue Barker - she'll know what to do.

  4. Don't listen to the voices Alan.

Watson who has disrupted the Labour party at every opportunity for the last three years has finally quit. This is the guy who has claimed his message is the most important thing ever in the history of the world. Now just a month or so later he is quitting to write a book on losing weight!

Reminds me of all those who stood for the Tory party leadership then allied with Blojob after saying he was a twat. Or prospective Tory party leaders who switched party after failing to become its leader. Then there's the other bunch of sometimes Change UK who convieniently & quickly forgot that a new style of political party was required and morphed into Team Shouty Swinson as trained by Chris Evans. With any luck the SNP will kick her out of the seat.

Most of the politicians will say anything to you to keep their nose in the trough. Vote for those who are least likely to do you harm and who might benifit you & yours!

  10. Well that’d rule out the Conservative Party then. Followed closely by the Labour Party. And I don’t trust the other “also rans” either.

What are sorry state of affairs!

Not sure if the link will work like that. It’s the video below I hope.

    Just for balance.

Watched most of it, found it strange that there are no historical clips of his views on membership of the Eu.

EDIT - I hope I'm right, I didn't watch it all. So if there are clips of his views on Eu membership I will look like a politician.

  14. Now now Finm, this was near the end

Today the master prat faller of the Tory party took to a podium in Downing Street to mark the official launch of the Conservative General Election campaign. As to be expected, he fnaugh fnaughed his way through a series of lies, not the least of which was the claim that the SNP and the Labour party have struck a deal to bring about another independence referendum next year.

  15. :innocent:
the bits that struck me was the ross tomson and nick robinson story.
i;v yet to hear ross has done anything but resigned not pushed. and robinsons total lack of self awareness,

  16. Getting harder and harder to find someone worth voting for I think.

Media seems predominantly why you shouldn't vote for whoever they are talking about and interviews with politicians (that I have heard) are similar - there's too much 'don't vote for them' rather than 'vote fore me'

  17. Media want to feel special and be kingmakers or at least write the script. I wouldn't mind kicking adam boulton in the shit box, ignorant twat.
