Don't go citing historic data on people Al, facts like that aren't remotely helpful, just look at the GBP vs the Euro, its rock bottom and hasn't ever been there before and all due to Brexit (but it has really)

Going back to the original post though, there is no way of knowing if things would have been different ?
I would suggest not voting or having a none of the above option, but I won’t - people get cross if you say that.
You’re correct of course, and this is a point I have made on this forum on many occasions to those that think they know better. But chances are, and history points to the fact that without this debacle, we would be in a much better economic position than we currently are in.
You agreed that there is no way of knowing, but still said we would be in a better economic position without this debacle. Don’t take it the wrong way please, there is obviously a good chance that you are right.
