British Indy: What Happens Now?

Discussion in 'Wasteland' started by Loz, May 23, 2015.

?
  1. Full Brexit with "no EU deal" on the 29th March.

  2. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a general election and new negotiations.

  3. Request Extension to article 50 to allow cross party talks and a new deal to be put to EU.

  4. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a second referendum on 1. Remain in EU or 2. Full Brexit.

  5. Table a motion in parliament to Remain in EU WITHOUT a referendum.

  6. I don't know or I don't care anymore

Results are only viewable after voting.
  1. Not looking good is it.

'None of the above' would send the right message i think. :D

  2. "None of the above" votes will be added to the "spoilt votes" pile and never looked at again. However, if you mutter under your breath as you case your spoilt ballot, something unexpected happens.

  4. Guardian has a "fact check" bbc has a "fact check" Sky has a fact check as have many more. The problem with a fact checking service is very few can be independent as without adds, the rely on donations or money from a media or political source.

Even full fact which is seen to be closer to where the correct information is, relies on a human to decide what facts to check

  5. Would you place claiming to give a leave option that is brexit in name only as deception?

  6. we also have noob check. its a good reliable service. if he says somthing. you can be assured its the opposit.

  13. Its very hard to say who saw the tweets, but if it were only aimed at people who follow the Cons, why would they change the name? They did this for a reason.

    In a statement, Twitter said:

"Any further attempts to mislead people by editing verified profile information - in a manner seen during the UK election debate - will result in decisive corrective action."

I do think the media is making a mountain out of a molehill though.
