British Indy: What Happens Now?

Discussion in 'Wasteland' started by Loz, May 23, 2015.

?
  1. Full Brexit with "no EU deal" on the 29th March.

  2. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a general election and new negotiations.

  3. Request Extension to article 50 to allow cross party talks and a new deal to be put to EU.

  4. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a second referendum on 1. Remain in EU or 2. Full Brexit.

  5. Table a motion in parliament to Remain in EU WITHOUT a referendum.

  6. I don't know or I don't care anymore

Results are only viewable after voting.
  1. Have you actually looked into who is complaining in which parties?
I'm going to put it out there to discuss...

Muslims are moaning about Jews (and their supporters) and the Jews are moaning about Muslims (and their supporters).
This isn't your fox hunting Gammon getting into trouble for once.... No one is really talking about the elephant in the room (not you this time Chiz).....
Both Jews and Muslims have strongly held views and really don't get along.... well Muslims with just about anyone else.
IMHO.... over to the masses to discuss.

FACT: Mr. AirCon was raised as a Church of England, which I never believed in. All organised religion is a form of mind control and has no place in a modern (thinking / educated) society. Some religions are more controlling than others.

Israel - I'm not even going to go there..... The British really Fucked this up and ran away.

  3. right thread, wrong attitude. while brexit is a predominantly english issue it affects all of the 4nations. 2 voted to stay, 1 of them just 20 months earlier where given some specific promises by better togeather. (tory/lab/lib coalition) more devolution, holyrood made permanent, the sewal convention put in to law. gauranteed membership of the EU.
Torys dont get to put us in a specic thread because it interupts the flow of your thread. i know yer a one nation london centric single issue, two if you include yer thaughts on taxation, votor.
familly of nations sunshine, your leaders said so. if we are to be a part of shapping the uk your gonna have to suck it up.
    .
do i see a boarder? yes. why? because its the inevitable outcome of tory policy and labour failure.
how hard a boarder dependes on the UK govs approach.
    trade goes both ways.
how do all the other issues get resolved? i understand your caution (arragance) your gov is incompetent, your gov is a self serving den of back scratching, needless, imature, point scoring opposition and corruption. your gov and parlimentry system sucks.
to me, it seems you think every parliment, gov and politicion are the same. hey're not. if you genuinly want those questions answerd. go back through the threads, research the other 60 odd countries that have left the uk in the last 70 years.

  4. No, I haven't to be honest. Just going by 'headlines'.

  5. Don't sugar coat it for me Fin... tell me what you really think...
As for the colonies that we have either given back voluntarily or had are arse kicked out of, well none of those have a land boarder with England.
I can't see that Scottish independence is going to work, it will have all the same issues as leaving the EU.

  6. 62% is a majority any party polition would kill for. that majority came less two years after a promise was made. yes i'm board of it. mostlt boared of hearing you say "democresy, soverignty" when the result in your country feels it gives you the right to interfear in devolution, somthing that had been promised for decades and was won, twice, 1979 and 1997. on an even bigger majority that 2016.
yip, just who is the we? i'v been asking that since 2016.

  7. i think you are an arragont english nationalist. somebody i cant share a room with since politics went to your head.

  10. i can agree. on lots of things. we agree westminster is broken, we agree that the torys and labour have devided the nation and both have put the country in hock for trillions.
we only disagree on how to resolve it. your argument against our sollution is that we are too wee, too poor, to dumb.

  13. where have i labled a nation? only 53% of your contry wants brexit. millions approve of the SNP in england, there are english for yes organisations, its your inferiority that says independence is about the english, not the uk parlimentry system.

  14. yes and no. can we agree there has been no vilance, no anti english sentiment from the yes supporting partys? can we agree its the yes movment that are vilifyed by uk politicions and its press without any evidence?. can we agree thats the reason for the devision?

  15. Forgive me if I am wrong but isn’t that more than don’t want it ?

  16. yes it is allan, but that means 47% are with us, on brexit at least.

  17. Err, a simple big fat yes would have done. I know many people hate the SNP with every sinew in their body up there.

  18. I know.

Kind of no win really isn’t it.

  19. I just so hope that the SNP lose some seats to the Tories;)

I also pray that Soubrey, Grieve, Gauke, and similar lose. Then, with the likes of Hammond, Heseltine, Letwin, all gone it will really be a good refresh (much needed) in the H of C at least on the Tory side.

  20. i know you do.
they fucked the nhs, best in the uk
they fucked the education system. highest educated population in the EU.
they turned the poorest most violent contry around in under a decade
they saved them 9years of council tax.
they took away therir prescition charges.
    they protected their elderly.
they only went anf gave me free bussness rates.
they gave young familys free baby boxes.
built a new (unwanted) bridge saving billions on the construction coast, comuting and busness costs as the fucker no longer needs closing in high winds.
they built a railway bringiing oppertunities to the boarders.
they have qadrupled exports by just promoting the contry abroad
this list is big. i could go on, but i think thats enough to prove the point as to why they hate them.
