Agreed she does, I therefore have to seriously question why on earth she's still top level shadow cabinet. I mean if she's genuinely struggling mentally than frankly it's not fair on her for a start. But if she's not and just seen as a bit dim, how can her colleagues turn a blind eye? Something isn't right there
Perhaps they know and are trying to protect her and perhaps Jeremy more than most. From those radio interviews last year someone close to her must have been asking questions.
