British Indy: What Happens Now?

Discussion in 'Wasteland' started by Loz, May 23, 2015.

?
  1. Full Brexit with "no EU deal" on the 29th March.

  2. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a general election and new negotiations.

  3. Request Extension to article 50 to allow cross party talks and a new deal to be put to EU.

  4. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a second referendum on 1. Remain in EU or 2. Full Brexit.

  5. Table a motion in parliament to Remain in EU WITHOUT a referendum.

  6. I don't know or I don't care anymore

Results are only viewable after voting.
  1. Yeah easy not falling for it, You who want independence for Scotland have all the answers (but won't give them) But the U.K. leaving has no answers and know nothing at all.

  2. I've highlited 4 questions I asked as you as you seem to be struggling. I either asked you a question or evidence of your previous posts.

Again, deflection and stating that there is no point in discussing it further or you'd be better off speaking to to the wall. If you want to debate, then debate. Don't go crying off when you are under pressure.

  3. Said question and statement I replied to.

  4. And there is plenty on here that could give coaching lessons.

  6. I have no words.... Nothing I can muster brings me close to describing this man accurately enough.

I've toyed with the 'C-Bomb' but I'm just not sure it's a strong enough.

Leaver or Remainer, how can anybody vote for this man?

  7. He is indeed a vile piece of work. Utterly repellent.

  8. I believe he's still on an EU pension from his gravy train days. That'll stop when we leave and he'll have to get a real job. No wonder he's getting so desperate. An archetypal sponging Euro-nobody.

  10. He says lose as though suddenly one minute past the 2 years end, we are suddenly going to stop trading with each other, neither side can afford too so they will continue to do trade.

  11. Absolute vermin.

I respected many who put the argument to remain during the campaign. I have nothing but disdain for this man. He's still at it now and was embarrassing on The Andrew Marr Show on Sunday. I suffered it for as long as I could before I had to fast forward it for the sake of my TV staying in one piece.

Whether you like Farage or not. It's well worth watching their debates to see Clegg being tied truly in knots and his lies and spin exposed. If I hear him say "pulling up the draw bridge" one more time.............:Rage:

Andrew Neil hit the nail on the head the other week when he told Clegg that the Liberal Democrat party should remove the word "Democrat" from their name as they obviously don't believe in democracy.

  12. Yep, many are still singing this tune. Trade will go on. The terms will change in some way, but it will go on.

He and his ilk are still spinning it as if all trade with the EU will suddenly end when we leave. How stupid does he think some people are?

  13. It's not his views I detest, it's entirely up to him what he thinks, but it's the manner in which he puts himself forward.

He literally ignores questions and answers things not asked, or irrelevant to what he's been asked to start with.

'What about places like Boston Mr Clegg who've seen rapid cultural change to their society because of free movement immigration '

'oranges are purple, not yellow. Unicorns are made from sparkle dust and moonlight '

'Mr Clegg, could you answer the question about Boston '

'carrots, yes carrots are nice with gravy'

It's literally like he's got fingers in his ears while shouting 'la la la la'

    What a complete knob

  14. er , what,, that is the way with politicians,, nothing new there ..

  15. Just like May did on Sunday when asked what she knew about Trident in that tends to fly in the opposite direction to that which it was programmed too. :grinning:

  16. yip, and what did BBC Radio Scotland run with yesterday? burnt toast and an increased risk of cancer. barely a peep on the trident issue.
    more irony. :Hilarious:

  17. Power to the people :tearsofjoy:

  18. And? I think you are confusing the government with facebook updates. They are not obligated to tell us everything even less so when it comes to our armed services and the defence of the realm.

Most governments do not disclose every military exercise. I would point out again, it is the regular doomsayers that missed the point. A test for the WHOLE function of the weapon, crew and process was what happened. Tests always and must include planning and the capability of that process when it goes bad as well as good.

The missile was not Nuclear loaded, it was tested as a process, a fault was found and as would be required, the submariners acted correctly as the requirement. So as a process it was needed, valuable and with some success

  19. Ducatis do not always work as expected or as they should; does that make them not fit for purpose ?

  20. So the Supreme Court voted remain. Remind me, why did we have a referendum?

Calm down, calm down, tongue in cheek here.

The good news is that the midgets that are permitted to punch well above their weight are not permitted to unilaterally block the Brexit process. Phew, those loons hate democracy even more than the Courts do.

So all we have to do is hope that Parliament will enact the the legislation we, the people, have asked of them. What could possibly go wrong?
