Whether you like Farage or not. It's well worth watching their debates to see Clegg being tied truly in knots and his lies and spin exposed. And? I think you are confusing the government with facebook updates. They are not obligated to tell us everything even less so when it comes to our armed services and the defence of the realm. Most governments do not disclose every military exercise. I would point out again, it is the regular doomsayers that missed the point. A test for the WHOLE function of the weapon, crew and process was what happened. Tests always and must include planning and the capability of that process when it goes bad as well as good. The missile was not Nuclear loaded, it was tested as a process, a fault was found and as would be required, the submariners acted correctly as the requirement. So as a process it was needed, valuable and with some success
