The eu are angry with us and us in particular. Of the 28 countries, only 10 put in more than they take out leaving the other 18, who take out more than they will ever put in. Now, one of those 10, the second biggest contributor to the eu budget, us the U.K. is leaving. This leaves them in the shit. This is not the U.K's fault but the eu's as they were warned to stop approving cheap and nasty countries with third world economies just to get a bigger footprint. They didn't listen and this is the result. If nearly two thirds of your organisation is taking out of the pot, at some point the pot will run out or simply, you hide the figures as the eu has continually done and that is why they have never signed off on their yearly accounts.
