British Indy: What Happens Now?

Discussion in 'Wasteland' started by Loz, May 23, 2015.

?
  1. Full Brexit with "no EU deal" on the 29th March.

  2. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a general election and new negotiations.

  3. Request Extension to article 50 to allow cross party talks and a new deal to be put to EU.

  4. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a second referendum on 1. Remain in EU or 2. Full Brexit.

  5. Table a motion in parliament to Remain in EU WITHOUT a referendum.

  6. I don't know or I don't care anymore

  7. hmm, to be fair he's probably better informed than May

  8. I think that was on the M74 where Scots get on lorries to England everytime it has a "it's on the table" momment by the snp government

  9. nope, thats the proof the financial argument has been lost by the brexiteers.

  10. I looked to see where your crayon graph came from and all I could see was , finm, A moment ago

Yayyyy fins back to himself and everything is about scotland lets try these three just before indi 1 and wonder if you are any better informed in 2017

  11. it is a graph that shows and dispels the myth that indi affected gdp. it didnt start to drop untill the prospect of another tory gov and possible brexit.
but i can be honest in saying essex's needs are not mine. and not my priority.
i could however post a gazillion examples to counteract your hypotheticals. but you did that for me in yer second vid. which answered the euro question in the first. it also highlighted one of the mistakes made by the first campaign.in assuming the treasury would play fair. lesson learned. salmond did well to keep the heed in controle during Snows barrage of fudge. but he always does.
rerunning the same story's albeit at least 3 years out of date but with a different headline might help your lot to sleep but we can see through it. the EU has moved on, it no longer has the the torys including the mooth lobbying Barraso plus rightwing elements within Brussels in the background promising support in his and their next endeavors, Aye, the truth will always out noob.
anyhoo why did may not say it was scotland that the lowest unemployment with the highest employment levels?
just for you the fudge miester.

  12. No tripping fin, the point was obvious and clear, why after indi 1 some nearly 3 years ago, are the snp still no closer to being honest with the Scottish people about what indi actually is, how it will effect the Scots in relation to the U.K. and in relation to this thread, how it would effect Scots in the eu. you would think after nearly 3 years they might have a clue themselves to pass onto the Scottish people, What are they hiding?

  13. more Likely they will have learned the lessons of part 1 no?
part two has been shelved :p while we attempt:p to sort out the mess of your making.
    your going dooooowwwnn. :upyeah:

  15. This was then, and it's no different now:
" We are opposed around the World by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence-on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerillas by night instead of armies by day. Its a system that has conscripted vast Human and Material Resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines Military, Diplomatic, Intelligence, Economic, Scientific and Political operations. Its preparations are concealed, not published, its mistakes are buried, not headlined, its dissenters are silenced not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumor is printed, no secret revealed, it conducts the Cold War, in short, with a War Time Discipline no Democracy would ever hope or wish to match."
    President John F. Kennedy 1963

  16. "Professor Yanis Varoufakis offered Britain some wise counsel. The EU negotiations with Greece destroyed his Greek homeland and he has urged Britain to just walk away. The former finance minister of Greece has advised Britain to avoid negotiation at all costs otherwise we will fall into the EU’s trap and will be forced to capitulate unconditionally. He warned: “You won’t always know exactly who to talk to and that is deliberate. “When you make a moderate proposal, they will react with blank stares and look at you as if you were reciting the Swedish National Anthem. It is their way of stonewalling. They will suddenly suspend talks claiming the need for more fact-checking. So we can look forward to the EU negotiators refusing to negotiate and being totally inflexible on any issue. They have already started to try and intimidate Britain with their lack of flexibility. We need to make sure Britain does not become so frustrated or desperate to make a deal that gives into the demands of the EU “stonewalling” negotiator".

  17. how did jfk know we in the gb where gonna go in that direction a way back then? must of been his experiences from Irish history.
i like yanis. a real lefty.

  18. In many ways given the eu's stance of wanting to punish us for taking away our money and standing up to them, I'm starting to think a clean walk away break maybe the best thing. Under the agreement with the eu we have very little protection with them, were we to operate under WTO rules at least we would have a legal framework of protection that the eu cannot interfere with.
