The Luxembourg prime minister gave me a chuckle yesterday in that he said to Britian they we want our money back. I'm not sure what he is referring to given two thirds of the eu countries take out more than they put in and Britian has for the most part, been one of those countries that has historically put substantially more in than it has ever taken out. This also highlights the biggest difficulty of the eu, it allowed wonga credit rated countries to join a group that needed Coutts & Co ratings just to allow expansionism of the eu. Brexit has also allowed smaller eu countries to get their own back on Germany and it is the conflict within the eu after Brexit, that the eu are more worried about. This is where the eu also has Germany over a barrel. At the moment I would not be surprised if we went down the wto no deal route given how many smaller taking out countries are flexing their muscles in the eu against the eu.
Firstly his analogy isn't really correct when he trys to quote Thatcher, how can they ask for money back when it has yet to be given? That's what he's on about, it's just the future spending commitments so to prop up the current eu budget. It seems they're not doing very well getting other eu nations to increase their financial input to account for the British loss, hardly surprising. Nonetheless, I'm quite happy for us to look at that exit bill commitment, it's the right thing to do. However, I think at the same time the EU and British officials should be auditing all 'EU assets' and ascertaining what the percentage is that Britain owns, because having been one of the key investors for decades, we will own a share of those assets whichever way you slice it. If the EU wish to practice what they preach then that shouldn't be a problem should it.
Basically this. We have legal financial eu commitments that end late 2020 which we will of course fulfil. What they seem to be going on about in the claimed divorce bill is that they feel had we stayed, then we would have been paying towards beyond 2020 projects so they feel we should keep paying for decades worth of spending they want to do even though we won't be there. It's like me leaving virgin broadband then them saying they have plans and I should keep paying even though I never signed upto them As you mention, they have done the numbers, two thirds take out more than they put in and the second largest payer in, is leaving. They know the remaining third cannot afford to carry the eu and the other two thirds refuse to pay anymore anyway. The problem is theirs not ours and they should stop trying to make it look like we have a legal obligation in a divorce bill that even their own lawyers say, does not exist and cannot be enforced
sorry but its not anything like you swapping broadband companies. i guess that's why yer so confused. what commitments are you referring to?. or are you just making stuff up again?. some more reading. sorry no torygraph or daily express content. http://www.alynsmith.eu/scotland_in_europe_update_28th_july_2017
Oh look another fin blog, it's bound to be correct, lets have a look though as I don't won't him feeling we are ignoring him now indi 2 has been benched, okay lets look....*oneminutelateroldsmileyface* Hey fin what has Alyn got in common with nigel? both belong to one trick parties and both will be out of a job soon, even duke could do better
Morning chuckles love partner Yes fin committments till 2020. When they predict targets/schemes/plans/forecasts etc then they do them in 7 year cyclical budgets, the current one ends in 2020. It's estimated the true divorce bill is legally from 2019 to 2020 and that would be around €17 billion euros The last few paragraphs identify why the 2020 is referenced, I hope this helps http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/201...bute-eu-budget-2020-secure-favourable-brexit/
god you dont half get a sulk on. not much going on yer wee essex flat today? another tory disaster needing deflected? anyhoo. i wont be reading the torygraph click bait article unless you archive it.
You wanted the explanation, I gave you it with facts, timelines, variables and explanations. Unless it's a "they cannot take our freedom snp blog" you describe everything as tory clickbait, I know facts for you last a "generation" whilst "it's on the table" fin, but why ask for facts when in truth, you really don't want them? Your reluctance to accept truths fin is perfect for your political affiliation but the facts provided had no political bias,.This is why the 2020 is important, this is the cost and why it exists so you saying you won't read it due to politics is a cop out from someone knows they tried to be smart and it backfired. I admire your continual trying of suedo intelligence, it makes you more, well wanting to give you a hug and say awww bless, he tried, But as loz often says, you are shite at this . It is very fluffy bunny though watching you try, like a foal standing for the very first time
Sssshhh noobie, you'll ruin the spell. So, finm, that click-bait, eh? Is it as rife beyond the Wall as it is in civilisation?

LOL. You are such a scamp. I'm glad I let you run around free - you repay me with amusement and endearing character trait displays. And projection, mustn't forget projection. So then. Stats, yeah? When have they ever lied?
