This thread has spawned new posts that are getting ridiculous. Free speech is good, but when it turns into an absurd/ridiculous abusive rant, then that is not acceptable. Threads/posts like that will not be tolerated and will be deleted and members that post them will be warned as I have stated before.
Tbf (if its the one I saw) I think he was simply saying old peolple have years of experience and knowledge and should not be dismissed by the young merely because they chose a different view. Especaiily as, when young, they probably thought the same but its the years that tells them a different way will be better. Or something like that..just with lots of f*cks and b*ards
Maybe we should have public warnings, as in wrestling (in the time of Big Daddy and Giant Haystacks). Having been labelled a rabble-rouser, maybe some of those new posts are mine, but I just don't know.
I realise that as a Mod you are charged with keeping some sort of order, but it would be a shame to delete a whole popular thread due to the actions of one or two members; I have not been seeing these abusive posts and I have just one person on ignore. If members cross the line, warn them, then ban them if they continue.

El T..........before you shut this one down............do some research...........check out my thread 'Lebensraum'...........you need to know history.
I never saw the post and I don't have anybody on ignore. Maybe it was one of the regulars who's content I skim past. :Meh:
No, not clear and it appears not clear to many people. Why then the wringing of hands, the resignations, the demos, the sinking £? After all, apparently the referendum was just to see how people felt. The answer was, split 50-50, since the most pro-EU part of the electorate, the young who didn't bother to vote, are the most upset about the result. Fine then. Storm in a teacup. We'll just call it a draw and let our politicians do what they wanted to do anyway, ie nothing. Job done. Let's all go on holiday. Thank god we got that sorted out.
At the risk of repeating myself, if austerity and the objective of eliminating the deficit is abandoned then that is truly a game changer.
