I think the best word is 'obvious'. At least it ought to be when you have a pathetic government that comes out with a proposal for a 'bacon tax', electric vehicles which the infrastructure can't support and what amounts to an additional 'death tax', yet nothing to curb the continued stabbings and murders around the country - it sort of gives an 'obvious' indication of how Brexit was going to go.
