British Indy: What Happens Now?

Discussion in 'Wasteland' started by Loz, May 23, 2015.

?
  1. Full Brexit with "no EU deal" on the 29th March.

  2. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a general election and new negotiations.

  3. Request Extension to article 50 to allow cross party talks and a new deal to be put to EU.

  4. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a second referendum on 1. Remain in EU or 2. Full Brexit.

  5. Table a motion in parliament to Remain in EU WITHOUT a referendum.

  6. I don't know or I don't care anymore

  7. Its as good as we will get in the circumstances and with so many multi millionaires in the Tory party intent on leaving with no deal with the chaos that will bring with it, then it will have to do.

Still say we would be better off staying as we are though.

  9. You are right.
How can we take any of these people seriously? No, seriously, how can we?
Its not like Rees Mogart and his cronies will not be able to travel freely through Europe afterwards. Cash buys anything.

On both sides of the argument.
    A certain Farage for example...

And yet, these are the sort of people with the power.
    Bad smell.

  11. Indeed,

I guess it's kinda like Juncker or Tusk earning £30k/month excluding expenses, which are non disclosed BTW.

I can't imagine why they'd be bothered what happens to anyone on either side of the channel, just as long as that gravy train keeps on track and people don't question their usefulness or the value they bring to the table.

Yeah rich people....fucking hate them myself, but it's the ones who go to work pissed wearing one black and one brown shoe that really break me

  12. Do you trust the rich folk who want Brexit but won't "suffer" either way?

Or trust the rich folk who don't want Brexit but who won't suffer either way?

Guess what? Brexit isn't about rich folk.

Make your own damned mind up - are you a globalist or do you believe that nation-state democracies serve their citizens better (than non-elected multi-national cadres)?
