Very nice mate. After a very close examination though, I don`t think it`s a woolly vest, but I will have another look . Bet she`s glad she doesn`t live next to Anth now he`s declared his intentions to terrorise Hartlepool as a peeping tom. When the rozzers catch you mate, they will keep your nvgs  .
I did, but it was all over before any static built up................oh hang on, you mean rub the vest to see if its wool. "Er.....my bad."
It is literally bouncing off the ground here and its soooo warm, typical. More time to tinker with the Ducati I guess....
I left Humberside with the sun cracking the flag stones, to the most ridiculous rain from the M62 right back to the A19, for it to just brighten up as I approached Hartlepool, now I can't even see the sea for the bloody fog. Yup we're forecast p*ssy wet weather for tomorrow and the weekend too. :frown: And today there was indeed a stunning bird in next doors garden when I looked......but it was a duck......just my luck!
Glorious sunshine earlier, thought id have a play out for an hour or so. With 3 miles its hoofing it down and my clean bike looks like its never been cleaned! Dunno why I bother, everytime I look at my bike it starts raining
It's pretty sad when your just grateful for a few dry hours let alone a few dry days.a foreign trip looks like the only way of getting some sunny riding.lol.
You're right mate, I got a sly one in yesterday afternoon. Been wet all week and now going to be wet today and all f'ing weekend!
Was 1977 as good as 1976? From Wiki:- The temperature reached 26.7°C (80°F) every day between 22 June and 16 July. For 15 consecutive days from 23 June to 7 July inclusive, temperatures reached 32.2°C (90°F) somewhere in England. Furthermore, five days saw temperatures exceed 35°C (95°F). On 28 June, temperatures reached 35.6°C (96.1°F) in Southampton, the highest June temperature recorded in the UK. The hottest day of all was 3 July, with temperatures reaching 35.9°C (96.6°F) in Cheltenham, one of the hottest July days on record in the UK. Ah, the good ole days, sports mopeds for your little brother that blew his mind at 55mph, L-plate 250's that struggled to 95mph with the sweet smell of Castrol R and Abba in the charts, despised by everyone, yuk!!
Can the title be changed to British Weather please as i am confused. I thought summer included the sun..
Cern As the CERN particle accelerator has been in use is this causing the change in the normal position of the jet stream (for this time of year) that is responsible for our present bouts of low pressure resulting in lots of rain, or is it just global warming.
Had a day off work yesterday, went to Alton Towers ..... Had a great day and got sun burnt. No rain all day, and warm. This morning is rain, with flood warnings ..... Madddddd
