Power ball is still painful, more so than riding the bike! Substituted cocodomol with Spanish beer and sun, didn't bother with any pain relief......enjoyed the pleasure pain thing:tonguewink:
Keep going with the powerball....it really increases your grip....however given my wife has spent nearly her entire life as a concert pianist she can still get my wallet of me before the bike show.
Cheers I'll keep going with it, I do keep leaving it out just in case the Mrs might use it to increase her grip......she hasn't picked it up yet
