Bikes in for service today,, asked dealer about the burning smell, said it would be the engine heat I smelt as they run very hot, said no issues , so there you go,
well I was hoping theyd say it was something,, suppose will just have to keep an eye on things, was strong burning smell tho .
Just an update, didn't notice a burning oil type smell at Silverstone Monday....just rubber. Mine was only when I stopped though, never while moving.
what was the rubber smell from? because that's what my mate says his smells of burning rubber ? thanks
