Would it be worth putting all the original electrics back on, assuming they were still working when you took them off and seeing if the problem goes away.?
OK, here is where I embarrass myself. The reason I replaced the HT coils was the result of my attempt to replace the plug wires from the original grey Ducati coils. Unbeknownst to me, the wires on the original coils were permanently attached to the coils. So when I "unthreaded" them, I actually broke them off. As a result, I ordered new coils from CA Cycleworks. So I really do not have the option to re-install the old coils.
