  3. aint smoking nothing boys just my opinion, rather have one than be one of those that just go with the flow, to be like everyone else because its the easy thing to do ,, tell me what has crutchless got going for him am I missing something? he slags his team, he slags his bike, hes an ignorant prick when hes getting interviewed, his performances are crap. hes double crossed ducati, a week after he said he wouldn't, tell you what none of my mates are like that , not a good person in my books,

  8. not even gonna get into a web warrior slagging match said my point don't like the person end of ,

  9. Time will tell and it will come in the form of the valencia test to see how he gets on with it

He may redeem him self next year

We need some one to take the fight to marquez granted it may not be cal but some one has to do it

I know I have said cal is a moaner etc rights his bike and team off but I would like to see a British rider take the top step on the gp podium at least once in my life time

  10. He says lovely things about you.....

It's amazing how people think they know someone from press releases and TV interviews. If I'd flown half way round the world and got taken out or had a mechanical issue and someone interviewed me I'd come across poorly too and I expect the rest if us would too.

Let's face it. We won't know how good Cruchlow or anyone else is in comparison to Marc, Dani, Jorge or Rossi until they are on the SAME machinery. I just hope Cruchlow and Redding get good bikes as turning 4 into 6 would make for great watching!

Shall we reconvene after round 1 2015 season?

  11. repsol wont give a brit a ride spanish riders only it seems

it was not long ago that Redding was matching Marquez in moto 2 the bike does make a massive difference

  12. Personalities aside, I can't see how Cal, even on a good bike would come close to Marquez. The current Aliens are only just keeping up and Cal is not quite in their league IMHO. Considering Cal's confidence must be in his boots by now, realistically he's not going to get on the customer Honda and suddenly be challenging the front four. I think the only rider to come close to having Marquez' talent is/was Stoner.

  13. Such a shame its not Stoner/Marquez at Honda.

I hope Cal (and Redding if he gets the other Honda) can cut it. The difficulty is noone seems to have the outright pace of Marquez over a race distance. I really enjoyed the first half of the Indy race but once MM hit the front (second time around) he was off and it became a procession.....at the front at least.

  14. I think that Marquez has found another gear. He was nothing like as dominant in Moto2 as he has been in MotoGP. He has learned something extra (not overly surprising at his young age - it would be odd if he didn't) that no one else has yet learned. I don't think that anyone else is in his league and the results prove it. The Yam seems to have gathered some speed during the holiday and Jorge is a fine rider, but when the chips were down, he couldn't live with Marquez. None of them could.
If you look at the elder Asparagus, he has performed miracles with the bike he has been given. Cal, Redding and co would need to be showing him the way around to prove that they possesses astonishing capabilities. I don't think that plonking any of them on the Repsol Honda would change anything at all results-wise - at least not in the immediate future.

  15. Casey wouldn't be very happy with Marquez. Imagine if it MM and CS at Arragon......fire...works!

  16. One thing that needs to change is Bradley Smith. He needs to start beating his teammate, or he could find himself out of work.

  17. Indeed, I do fear for Brads future at this point. His contract at Tech 3 is up at the end of the season too

  18. yep agree but think pol has his number now, hes getting better all the time, seems on the edge of a big one all the time tho, but so does bradders, when you see herves reactions when bradders had his few offs lately doesn't look impressed. and theres loads of talent coming thro ,

  19. Problem is, there are a lot of very talented blokes in Moto GP, and there isn't that much to choose between them.
What can make the difference is nationality, as far as sponsors are concerned. You wouldn't expect a major British sponsor to sign a Spaniard, really, would you?
