It’s the price of ownership, if I were bothered by that I’d get a pcx 125, it’s a ducati they have never been famous for been cheap, I think the price of the bike allows for some extra spend, and let’s face it I won’t be using for at least 6 months if at all next year, maybe I will never ride it, I just want it, my mate dropped dead last week, it is a well known news story in Leeds, he and his son were alerted to burglers, they went outside and basically they had knicked the sons bike, unfortunately Ian died in the melee, I’m just saying life is short and unpredictable, and I want an 1198 in the house, ducati John will sort the bike out as he always has, I understand your comment though
No worries fella, just life is a bastard sometimes, the scum knicking the bike caused it but obviously something else would have done it, Ian was a very popular good man it’s a shock to the many who knew him, we are a big circle of friends through doing Christmas lights for 20 odd years together, Ian was a sparky and jack of all trades, was scheduled to do my bathroom before Christmas, why is it always the good ones? Minding his own business in his house, he’d just finished working in m&s stores putting decorations in then this, bike thieves again but nothing significant will happen to them.

HI get the dealer too change the belts and oil /filter part of the sale,As for the warranty it starts when you leave the show room not when you lay a deposit down thats just too hold the bike for you thats all. i always yes i will have the bike but belts and oil change please they yes 100pds more thats fine good luck the perl white is nice be safe.
Cheers, belts won’t be done but they will service it and yes 3 month warranty starts from collecting, it is advertised as up to date service but obviously it’s not as belts are needed, I still think a one owner 1198 with 7k miles full system and my preferred colour with 3 month warranty is a decent deal belts or not, I’m happy to deal at what I think is fair belt change isn’t a monster job ducati John has always treated me well and very fairly and is a top banana who I’m glad to get connected with again after been without a ducati for over 2 years, but I do understand your point
When I got my 848evo got them too change the belts service and a new MOT Oct this year great bikes put on lots of upgrades so far good luck with your bike .
