Never buy anything from an illiterate - it's asking for trouble. If someone can't do basic spelling and either doesn't know they can't or doesn't care, both, or all three are red flags to me not to do business with them. If you can't write a simple ad, you ask someone who can.
I am a bit far from where the suits is, or I would be intrigued to have a look. I do agree though, when an advert is spelt wrong and hard to read the red flag does appear!
