Car Thoughts?

  1. I quite like Exiges rationale. Buy Mustang and a motorway shitter. Saab 93's are dirt cheap, well specced and comfy on mways. Then use Mustang for fun.

(I have a saab, so am biased. It a good car for feck all money)

  2. Yeh that’s the point Jimmy. I cover 25k a year & can’t do it in a small eco type car so the pony will have to wait for now!

  3. I had a Saab 93 Vector Sport once. Best looking car I ever had!

  5. You soldier, fook that!

  6. Bought a Jag XE R Sport for the wife last year and was thinking about changing it, fuck me it has half depreciated but it is a nice car. I’ve had Beemers all my days and the jag is much nicer inside. Just not much room in the back of it if that’s an issue

  8. Ive a saab aero, it cost me feck all for 30k miler fully loaded. Think it was about 4.5k. ok its no race car, but its a comfy motorway moocher. Plus people let me out of junctions. Its 5star crash rated and that was tested when a vw polo went up my arse. I needed a new bumper, her car was written off.

  10. My 320d ed is £30.00 a year for road tax - could be a clincher.
    Great car too...

  11. If you buy an Audi we can’t be friends.

  12. So am I. Horrible car. Far less comfy that a 5 series, drinks fuel even at 70 mph, handles like a barge. Mines 66 plate so last of the last...I wouldn't have another

  13. I have decided, next time around when car is due, to buy something like a fully-loaded, pre reg focus for motorway munching, and spend the money I save on a nice faster car, either upgrade to newer porker or just get the nice car and chop every 6m. Wont be renting another car tho, or tying myself into a foxed term contract.
