It fits the 2020 and the 2010 models for sure.
You just push it in between chain and Hub. That you move it to the right and engage it. Easier to do than to describe

Same tool fits all Multi Models - I have had a 2010 single spark, 2013 twin spark , 2015 DVT and now a 2018 1260 - same tool all the time.
