My 1299 just started showing signs of wear on the swing arm, everything is still stock standard. The chain tension is correct so there is no reason for it to start doing this. The only thing I've done since before there were no signs of wear, is adjust the suspension. I reduced the preload on the front and rear shocks. This shouldn't have caused this issue so if anyone sus's this problem out for sure, I'd be keen to find out the cause.
Slightly different, but I have seen the same issue on my 959, wheel alignment is perfect and change tension good.. NO idea, but would love to hear what Ducati have to say,,
