Hi. I messaged Channel 5. The outgoing music at the end of each Channel 5 Moto GP broadcast is In It Together by Ian Britt. The track is on Spotify and is 2 min 59 seconds long. It can be downloaded as a digital track but I haven't been able to find a CD with it on. It sounds brilliant on a good Hi Fi system with the amp turned up to 11 Spinal Tap style. Hope this helps.
