At the top of my list would be Nigel Slater & Marco Pierre White. bottom end are Jammie Oliver & Gordon Ramsey.
Try and keep it clean guys otherwise I will be out with the deleting stick and you will be on the naughty step
best. Gary Goldie (i would say that as he is a customer) but his food is Goooooood. cheff of the year turned Foriger. knob head, Gordon Ramsey. can stand the guy, i so wish sombody would set him up by putting him in a kitchen with a Ninga.
I think Jamie Oliver is ok, a little over the top perhaps but he’s alright. I agree that Rick Stein is up his own jacksy though, he gets on my nerves as does, I have to say, Nigella. She is a huge turn off with her trying so hard to be sexy, just get on with cooking! Give me Rachel Khoi any day! I have been fortunate enough to have enjoyed Hugh Fearnly-Whitingstall’s food and it was excellent but my No.1 is Raymond Blanc and yes, I have been fortunate enough to have dined at his gaff several times!
Best I’ve ever tasted, and excellent presentation and service........Tommy Banks (youngest chef ever to get a Michelin star) at the Black Swan in Oldstead.
Best: Raymond Blanc. Has the magic touch like no one else. Worst: Hugh Family-Milkingstool with his endless annoying punning and his fake rural idyll and his fake straw-hatted rustic chums who've moved down from London. I get why people find Rick Stein annoying. But his passion for food is infectious and his recipes tend to work for home cooks.
If you're a fan of Indian cookery ( more traditional style rather than restaurant style ) Hari Ghotra .... here's her Chicken Biryani Recipe .... there is a lot of time and effort involved .... just as it should be Agreed .... a true maestro , and one of the reasons that these celebrity TV wannabees annoy me so much
Yes i can see that and the one that intrigues me most is Joe's 30 minute turnaround for lazy bastards like me..
