Child Genital Mutilation

I had no idea what female circumcision was or that it even existed until I saw this thread, nasty

 

My opologies if you think that I have expressed an opinion one way or the other because I wasn't expressing a view, I was stating the patently obvious that large organised political lobby groups will influence the outcome of any debate - rightly or wrongly

 

Polygamy isn't legal in the Western democracies no matter how much it is considered a good thing by certain religions.

Why would we make an exception for sexual mutilation on religious grounds?

BTW, lastest Gallup poll says 46% of the USA are creationist. Brilliant.

 

So would the person who voted yes care to explain why ?
