Not sure if it's already been mentioned but the usual Flu jab doesn't cover this years man flu. I could tell I was fighting it the week before worked stopped as everyone had it but thought I managed to drink and party through it, but then flew out to Italy and the pressure on the plane smashed my head and gave me fever for the next three days and still havn't properly shifted it after three weeks. Horrible thing.

 

It's all girly benders and blouses with you, the lady doth protest too much me thinks!

This is starting to get a bit serious now isn’t it?

Lady Nasher is home from school feeling bad(She’s a teacher, I don’t have operation Yewtree investigating me).
Apparently the school has more kids off at the moment than any of the teachers can remember.

We have about 30% of our staff off at work, plus lots of people complaining about feeling bad.
And every supplier I talk to is having moan about feeling bad or having so many people off sick at their company.

The Vets where my youngest lad works are really struggling and cancelling appointments etc.

My Mother and Brother are both recovering from Chemo at the moment, and are very reluctant to have visitors or meet anyone because their resistance is so low, a dose of this could probably kill my mother and she's been told not to visit the doctors surgery.

I know some on here accused me of being a Drama Queen for taking steps to avoid this, but I’m still feeling good, and hopefully that will continue as I’m driving my eldest back to Uni in Falmouth on Sunday, and I don’t fancy doing 10-12hrs in the car if I feel bad.
