not too difficult, I left the short front and rear headers on, and removed everything else, the exhaust valve cable is a bit of an arse though. polishing wheels came from ebay, just search “metal polishing kit”. Best used in a mains drill or on a bench grinder, cordless drill aren’t quick enough
