I've met up with the same bikers for years, never felt the need to form a club, we just pay our own way.
I didn't see the need till we got a few £k of sponsorship... Some firms are reluctant to out it into my personal account...
it may be easier to just form a limited liability company and all members buy shares in said company, no need for any rules
