  1. had one down the gob without the sedative as i had to get back to work, not nice. but worth it to find out every thing was cool. became good freinds with the surgeon that carried out the procedure.being a typical bloke i never go to the qwack so it's kind of handy having one of the uk's leading surgeons as a mate. possibly prolonged my life a fortnight ago after he gave me a stearn talking to. and deffo preserved my mental state on saturday when i showed him lump on me throat that i was feart to get checked out. medical types you cant give them enough credit.

  2. We use a similar camera to find out what is in a wall before we drill big holes in it.
About 6mm across with a built in LED light source and wirefree monitor, cost about £500 a few years back
I think you can get them for about £100 now.
The funny thing is when ever we showed it to anyone the first thing they do is stick in their arse!
I soon took the smile off their face when I told them who else had done it before!

  3. I can tell you from personal experience, a colectomy is a bloody sight worse.....

  4. I wish there was an icon that says, "Bloody Hell, Al, are you OK?".

  5. Thanks........

  7. If your having one make sure the the air-con is working properly. The mini-theatre I had mine done in was about minus 4, The nurse and the geezer with the 6 foot s/steel hose had overcoats on and I was buried under a load of blankets. They pump your ass full of air to make it easier to work. :Inpain:
