  5. I found it a very comfy riding position, Always attracted a crowd
Took two years to build and i used it in that condition as you see it now on the road for 8 years and not a scratch on it, hope its still the same Ron.
If you was to build one now, including the 350lc bike and a complete rebuild, expect to pay 9k.

  12. Absolutely love a 2 stroke. So much fun, the power delivery, that smell, nostalgia. Brilliant. Bought a 350lc in 07 and in total cost me £6k to do it up.

Fun to ride about at weekends, but technology has moved on so much I wouldn’t have it as my daily bike. But popping down to box hill in the summer on it is bloody great. Loads of people pop over and reminisce.

EPS I love your gamma. Absolute dream old school bike. Good work on your garage also. I thought I was going posh with a folding camping chair and a Sonos in my garage but a dining table, you’re on another level.

  13. Haha - this lives in the kitchen. I love riding it - just a bit different - yes technology has moved massively but they are great stuff to pottle about on. The brakes and comfort levels are n't too bad. Push it on and you can empty the tank in under 80 miles though !!

  19. I really miss the mad power delivery, sound and smell of the good two strokes. I loved my RG500 but the skinny tyres, poor brakes, handling, made riding it on UK roads rather high risk as the way the engine delivers it's power means you cannot resist. Probably a good handling LC250/350 would be a good option and love some of the above bikes.
